set up in India called"Discotheque on Wheel"
which actually put bands out of the business.

1992 First Indian DJ to perform in the Middle East
at the Hyatt Hotel Dubai.

1992 A designation of Manager Entertainment was
created for him by the Sheriton Hotel in
New Delhi.

1993 Remix Versions were made and played by him
at Indian Discotheques.

1993 The first FM programme to be aired in the
country under the name of Gungroo
Times FM had Sunny Sarid as Radio Jockey
to present Nonstop Dance Mixes by him on
the weekends.

1994 Was the first indian DJ to perform at
International clubs in Singapore
(Zouk, Fire), Hong Kong (Grand Hyatt, JJ's).

1995 Sound Of Music the entertainment company
was incorporated to provide quality DJ's,
Entertainment, Event etc. Virtually a one
stop shop for everything that comes under
the banner of entertainment.

1996 The first DJ in the country to be signed up
by a Recording Label (Magnasound) to
produce the first Indian DJ Remix Album.

1998 The first indan dj (champion) to represent the concept of Club Mix CD's similar to Ministry of
Sound, U.K. This was done with an
International Recording Label "Sony Music".
These CD's promote the Mixes of Sunny
and Ghungroo Discotheque.

1998 First Indian DJ to represent India in Paris
for the DMC World Mixing Championship.

1999 Sunny launches his own 24 Track Digital
Recording Studio "The Beat Boxx"
and goes on line with www.soundofmusicindia.com and www.thebeatboxx.com
